Position:
Warehouse Operations Supervisor
Location: Rubavu Brewery
Employment Type: Full-time
Role Overview: Lead warehouse operations, oversee inventory management,
coordinate with logistics teams, and ensure timely product dispatch, all
while upholding HEINEKEN’s global operational standards.
Key
Responsibilities
Warehouse
& Inventory Management
- Supervise daily warehouse operations including receiving,
storage, handling, and distribution
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure
proper documentation of all stock movements
- Manage loading and offloading processes for
timely delivery
Team
Leadership & Training
- Monitor warehouse staff performance and provide
coaching or training to maximize productivity
- Promote a team-oriented, high-performance culture
Operations
& Process Improvement
- Collaborate with production, supply chain, and
logistics teams to ensure smooth operations
- Identify operational gaps and propose efficiency
improvements
- Ensure compliance with HEINEKEN safety and
operational standards
Eligibility
Criteria
Candidates must meet the following
requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree
in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related
fields
- Proven experience in warehouse operations, inventory
management, or logistics supervision
- Strong knowledge of warehouse safety protocols
- Excellent leadership, communication, and
organizational skills
- Ability to work in fast-paced, high-pressure
environments
