About the Role: Product Manager (Francophone Markets)

This role places you at the heart of Africa’s digital health transformation.
You will serve as the bridge between Francophone African markets and Sand’s global product teams, ensuring that real-world insights guide AI-powered solutions.

You will work closely with:

• Governments & health ministries
• Health workers & frontline operators
• Engineering & data teams
• Product squads across multiple domains

This is a dynamic, field-focused, and impact-oriented role ideal for someone who understands African realities and believes in technology for good.

Key Responsibilities

1. Deep Market Understanding

• Spend time on the ground across Francophone Africa
• Observe how real users operators, health workers, ministries — interact with products
• Identify cultural, operational, and linguistic factors that shape adoption
• Capture insights that help build products that are both useful and usable

2. Transform Insights into Product Requirements

• Turn qualitative insights into crystal-clear requirements
• Work with squads in partnerships, operations, intelligence & platform
• Ensure requirements reflect real user journeys not assumptions

3. Shape Product Roadmaps Across African Markets

• Wake sure Francophone market needs are represented
• Prioritize features that work across multiple countries
• Support long-term product vision and country-level strategies

4. Build Trusted Customer Relationships

• Engage ministries, partners, and NGOs
• Lead demos, discovery sessions & user feedback loops

• Experience in B2B or B2C products
• Public-sector or healthcare experience preferred
• Consulting background is a strong advantage
