Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for the TaiwanICDF Scholarship 2026, applicants must meet the

a citizen of an eligible TaiwanICDF partner country
· Not
be a national of the Republic of China (Taiwan)
· Meet
the admission requirements of the chosen TaiwanICDF
partner university
· Be
eligible for a Resident Visa (FS) and Alien
Resident Certificate (ARC)
· Not
hold any other Taiwan government‑sponsored scholarship during the same academic
year
· Previous
TaiwanICDF or Taiwan scholarship holders must have graduated
before 31 July 2025
· Provide
the highest‑level diploma by 31 July 2026
· Must
not have had any Taiwan government scholarship revoked in the past
· Must
not have been expelled from any Taiwanese university
