About the Role: Sales &
Administrative Assistant
As a Sales & Administrative
Assistant, you will play a key role in driving client satisfaction and
business growth. You’ll support sales processes, administrative
coordination, KPI tracking, and reporting, making you the backbone of the
operations team.
Work Model: Hybrid (3 days in office, 2 days remote)
Location: Kigali, Rwanda
Job Type: Full-Time, 40 hours/week
Key
Responsibilities
Sales
Support & Commercial Administration
- Prepare accurate customer quotations according
to sales and rate cards
- Manage quotation and invoicing processes,
including timesheet preparation
- Collaborate with Sales, Delivery, and Accounting
teams and external clients
- Ensure timely invoicing and timesheet submissions
to avoid delays
Account
& Administrative Support
- Assist technical delivery managers with
day-to-day operations
- Monitor KPIs, prepare performance reports, and
dashboards
- Support risk management activities and
follow-ups
- Prepare stakeholder presentations and provide
status updates
- Coordinate travel arrangements and logistics
- Assist with calendar management, scheduling, and
meetings
This role requires proactivity,
strong organization, and excellent communication skills to thrive in a
fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Qualifications
& Skills
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related
field
Experience: Minimum 3 years in sales support, project coordination,
or business operations, preferably in tech or service-oriented
organizations
Required Skills:
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
(English)
- High proficiency in MS Office (Excel,
PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with Jira and Confluence
- Proactive, structured, and solution-oriented
approach
- Comfortable in a cross-functional team environment
Nice-to-Have:
- Experience in technology or service-driven companies
- Exposure to KPI monitoring and reporting tools
