Job Purpose – What You Will Do

As the Sales Manager, you will serve as RwandAir’s frontline commercial ambassador in the Zanzibar market. Your leadership will directly influence sales performance, market share, customer satisfaction, and brand visibility.

Your responsibilities include:

·       Executing smart, data-driven sales strategies

·       Growing revenue across corporate, trade, and group travel segments

·       Driving premium cabin and ancillary sales

·       Providing accurate, timely market insights

·       At least 5 years of senior-level experience in sales, business development, or account management

·       Preferably experienced in aviation, airline, hospitality, or tourism industries

·       Demonstrated success in meeting or surpassing revenue goals

·       Strong communication and interpersonal skills

·       Excellent use of MS Office tools

·       Fluent in English and Swahili

·       Willing to travel frequently within the assigned region

·       Master’s degree (MBA or similar)

·       Previous exposure to airline commercial systems (GDS, MIDT, NDC, etc.)
