Position: Sales Person (8 Positions)

Department: Marketing
Reports to: Marketing Director
Location: Nyarugenge Area

Job Summary – What You Will Do

ADMA is searching for energetic, confident, and persuasive Sales Persons who can boost product visibility and expand the customer base.
Your mission will include:

  • Selling ADMA biscuit products to consumers and business clients
  • Explaining product features in a compelling, persuasive way
  • Generating strong leads and following up quickly
  • Visiting clients and maintaining professional relationships
  • Introducing new products as they enter the market
  • Preparing accurate weekly and monthly sales reports
  • Ensuring top-tier customer satisfaction

What You Need to Succeed (Required Qualifications)

To shine in this role, you should have:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field (preferred)
  • Strong experience in FMCG sales—especially in the Nyarugenge market
  • A proven record of exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Fluency in English, Kinyarwanda, and Swahili
  • The ability to analyze customer needs and provide smart recommendations
