Department: Marketing
Reports to: Marketing Director
Location: Nyarugenge Area

Job Summary – What You Will Do
ADMA is searching for energetic,
confident, and persuasive Sales Persons who can boost product visibility
and expand the customer base.
Your mission will include:
- Selling ADMA biscuit products to consumers and business
clients
- Explaining product features in a compelling, persuasive
way
- Generating strong leads and following up quickly
- Visiting clients and maintaining professional
relationships
- Introducing new products as they enter the market
- Preparing accurate weekly and monthly sales reports
- Ensuring top-tier customer satisfaction

What You Need to Succeed (Required Qualifications)
To shine in this role, you should
have:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management,

- Strong experience in FMCG sales—especially in
the Nyarugenge market
- A proven record of exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Fluency in English, Kinyarwanda, and Swahili
- The ability to analyze customer needs and provide smart
recommendations
