Required Exams
Applicants for this role will
undergo three assessments:
1 Psychometric
Test
Evaluates reasoning, attention,
problem-solving, and cognitive ability.

Written Examination
Assesses technical knowledge in
transport, vehicle mechanics, inspection standards, and general job-related
skills.
3 Oral Interview
Focuses on communication skills,
technical competencies, and situational decision-making.

Job Responsibilities
Successful candidates will perform
the following key duties:
1.
Staff Transportation
- Drive RTDA staff to various field locations as assigned
by management.
- Ensure timely and safe transport for official missions
across Rwanda.
2.
Courier & Logistics
- Deliver official documents and cargo to assigned
destinations.
3.
Vehicle Registration & Inspection
- Develop criteria for assessing public service vehicles
before they are registered.
- Determine roadworthiness of modified vehicles.
- Verify changes in engine, vehicle class, or mechanical
structure according to national standards.
4.
Vehicle Re-inspections
- Manage re-inspection procedures for vehicles that fail
initial, routine, periodical, or random inspection.
5.
Technical Support to Police
- Provide expert analysis and assistance on vehicle
status during traffic accident investigations.
- Prepare technical motor vehicle inspection reports.
- Defend the technical findings in court when required.
6.
Additional Duties
- Perform any other tasks assigned by competent
authorities.
Qualifications Required
Essential
Qualification
- Driving License:
Categories B, C, D, DI, or F
Experience
- 0 years of experience required (fresh applicants are encouraged)
