Key Responsibilities
As a Content Creator Intern, you
will:
Produce
High-Quality Visual Content
- Create attractive videos, photos, and short-form clips
for daily publication.
- Assist in developing graphics and visual elements for
social media and campaign materials.
Support
Daily Social Media Posting
- Help plan, schedule, and post daily content across
Winner Rwanda’s platforms.
- Engage with followers and help keep the brand active
online.
Capture
Event Moments
- Document behind-the-scenes content during events, brand
activations, and influencer engagements.
- Produce real-time content that captures energy,
authenticity, and excitement.
Edit
Short-Form Videos
- Edit TikTok, Reels, and YouTube Shorts using tools like
CapCut or Adobe Premiere.
- Optimize videos for maximum reach, engagement, and
virality.
Contribute
Fresh Creative Ideas
- Brainstorm new campaigns and creative content that
resonates with sports fans and online audiences.
- Support influencer content production and promotional
marketing assets.
Requirements
This role is open to passionate,
creative individuals who want to grow in digital media.
You should have:

Strong interest in content creation and social media
✓
Basic video editing skills (CapCut, Adobe Premiere, VN, or similar)

Basic graphic design knowledge (Canva or Photoshop)
✓
Good communication and storytelling ability
✓
A genuine interest in sports — especially football — is an added advantage
Education Background
- Student or recent graduate in Media, Marketing,
Journalism, Communications, or any related field.
- No formal work experience is required — but a passion for
content creation is essential.
Preferred Skills (Good to Have)
