Position
Overview: Bilingual Academy Instructor
Zipline Rwanda is seeking a dynamic
and passionate Bilingual Academy Instructor who will design and deliver
engaging learning experiences that empower Zipline teams to perform at their
best.
In this role, you’ll work across Sales
& Customer Success, Leadership Development, Soft Skills, and Fulfillment
Operations, ensuring every Zipline employee is equipped with the knowledge,
confidence, and culture to succeed.

French, experienced in training and instructional design, and

Key
Responsibilities
As the Bilingual Academy
Instructor, you will:
- Develop and implement Sales & Customer Success
enablement programs aligned with Zipline’s Africa Leadership goals.
- Design and facilitate leadership and soft skills
training for bilingual (English/French) teams.
- Deliver Fulfillment Operations sessions to train
and certify Zipline drone operators.
- Evaluate learning effectiveness using surveys,
behavioral changes, and performance indicators (KPIs).
- Establish a continuous learning cycle: plan →
deliver → assess → refine.
- Identify skill and performance gaps across departments
and propose targeted learning solutions.
- Develop experiential and scenario-based learning
for immediate workplace application.
- Create localized, bilingual learning materials using Articulate
360 or other e-learning tools.
- Facilitate classroom, virtual, and on-the-job
sessions tailored to learners’ needs and cultural contexts.
- Track learning outcomes and report return on
learning investment (ROI) to leadership.
- Communicate and teach fluently in both English and
French to diverse teams.
Education
and Experience Requirements
Minimum Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Training &
Development, Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline.
Professional Experience:
- Proven experience in training, instructional design,
or learning & development.
- Background in Sales, Customer Success, Leadership,
or Operations training preferred.
- Proficiency in Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate,
or similar instructional design software.
- Experience facilitating bilingual (English/French)
learning sessions is mandatory.

- Exposure to global or multicultural teams.
- Experience working in aviation, logistics, or
technology environments.
- Familiarity with business performance metrics and
KPIs.
- Strong presentation, coaching, and facilitation
skills.
- Excellent communication, cultural awareness, and

- Creative, results-driven, and passionate about empowering
others through learning.
