Key Responsibilities of the Head of IT

1. Technology Strategy & Department Leadership

• Create and execute a full-scale IT strategy aligned with company objectives.
• Lead, motivate, and mentor IT staff to deliver high performance.
• Drive digital transformation initiatives across all departments.
• Report directly to the CEO on IT priorities and innovation opportunities.

 

2. Management of IT Infrastructure & Enterprise Systems

• Guarantee system uptime, scalability, and resilience.

• ISO 27001
• Rwanda data protection laws

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum 3 years in a senior IT managerial role.
