Key
Responsibilities
As an Officer System Analyst in the Banking
Application Division, your day-to-day duties will include:
System
Analysis & Design
- Analyze and document business processes and system
requirements for core banking and payment systems.
- Develop scalable, efficient solutions that enhance
performance and user experience.
Integration
& Implementation
- Support both business teams and external
vendors to integrate and maintain systems such as:
- T24 Core Banking System
- Real-Time Gross Settlement (RTGS)
- Enterprise Service Bus (ESB)
- SWIFT Messaging Platform
- Ensure system changes are properly tested, implemented,
and aligned with organizational goals.
Performance
Monitoring
- Continuously monitor banking applications for stability,
availability, and compliance.
- Detect, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues
proactively.
Security
& Compliance
- Ensure full compliance with BNR’s cybersecurity,
risk management, and business continuity standards.
- Keep systems updated with the latest security patches
and threat-response measures.
Documentation
& Reporting
- Prepare and maintain comprehensive technical
documentation, including workflows, configurations, and integration
details.
- Report regularly to management on system performance
and improvement recommendations.
Required
Qualifications

candidates must meet the following qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology,
Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- At least three (3) years of experience in system
analysis, IT operations, or financial systems management.
- Strong technical understanding of banking and
payment systems such as:
- T24
- SWIFT
- RTGS
- ISO20022 messaging standards
- Proficiency in analyzing and solving technical
problems.
- Excellent communication skills and teamwork ability.
- Commitment to confidentiality, accuracy, and ethical
work practices.
