Job Title: Administrative Assistant

The Administrative Assistant will provide full administrative and technical support to the SPIU Coordinator. This position is ideal for motivated graduates seeking to gain hands-on experience in public administration and office management.

Key Responsibilities

If selected, you’ll be responsible for:

ü  Receiving and managing all SPIU Coordinator’s documents

ü  Dispatching project documents to relevant departments

ü  Handling both electronic and paper correspondence (emails, letters, memos)

ü  Drafting and typing project reports, memos, and official communications

ü  Registering, filing, and tracking all incoming and outgoing documents

ü  Managing courier services and maintaining accurate records

ü  Organizing staff and steering committee meetings

ü  Taking minutes and ensuring follow-up on action items

ü  Arranging travel and mission logistics for the SPIU Coordinator

ü  Performing other duties assigned by the SPIU Coordinator

Minimum Qualifications

Applicants must hold at least a Bachelor’s Degree in one of the following fields:

  • Secretarial Studies
  • Public Administration
  • Administrative Sciences
  • Sociology
  • Management
  • Office Management
  • Customer Relations
  • Hospitality Management
  • Public Relations and Communication

Experience Required: None (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply!)
