Overview
The Sales & Ticketing Agent
plays a critical role in ensuring smooth reservations and ticketing processes
while promoting RwandAir’s services.
Location: Kigali, Rwanda

Key
Duties and Responsibilities
As a Sales & Ticketing Agent,
your daily tasks will include:
- Handling reservations and ticketing for RwandAir
passengers.
- Providing accurate fare quotations.
- Managing the recruitment and retention of
frequent fliers.
- Printing and reconciling daily sales returns.
- Promoting RwandAir products and services to maximize
sales.
- Encouraging direct telephone sales to reduce
costs and boost revenue.
