AMI is seeking a Finance Intern
to support its Rwanda operations while aligning with group-wide finance
standards across multiple African subsidiaries.

1.
Accounts Payable (AP)
You will actively manage and
maintain AMI’s payables with accuracy and accountability.
Core duties include:
- Updating accounts payable based on approved purchase
orders (POs) and expense reports
- Reconciling AP balances with supplier statements and
invoices
- Monthly reconciliation of AP listings to the Trial
Balance
- Updating payment statuses before each payment run
- Preparing scheduled payment runs:
- Before the 14th
- Before the 23rd
- Before the 30th
- Preparing monthly cash plans for assigned
subsidiaries
